Who I work with:
- Individuals with chronic pain, especially chronic low back pain.
- Individuals with aches and pains that seemingly come from innocuous events, such as bending over to put on your shoes, doing the dishes etc…, that can disrupt your life from days to weeks to months.

What gym equipment will I need?
We can discuss this based on your goals, but I typically work with, and recommend, these items: resistance bands, massage balls, foam roller. These are incredibly affordable items and can travel with you anywhere!
Do I need to be tech savvy?
Your sessions include tech support! I worked in tech support for several years and I can answer all of your questions and help with any issues that may arise. If you have a laptop with a webcam, we can make it happen!
